• In the highly unlikely event your FULLY INSURED consignment goes astray you will allow us and the insurance agent a reasonable amount of time to investigate this with the carrier before we replace it (If not subsequently found). You undertake to assist both BullionNZ and the insurance investigation process as required.
  
• You possess the common sense to use correct references on payments and advise us as to what they are.
• You will advise us whether or not you live in an area serviced by Rural Delivery (RD) at the time of requesting a costing.
  
• You accept all parties are human and live in the real world therefore when minor hiccups occur you will be understanding and not throw your toys out of the cot. Instead you will show maturity and work with us. BullionNZ undertakes to extend you the same courtesy.
• You acknowledge it could ordinarily take up to three days for your product to ship once payment shows product is de-vaulted from remote vaulting and we are bullion dealers not magicians!!
• You acknowledge BullionNZ are bullion dealers not courier company owners, therefore BullionNZ cannot direct delivery to be by a specific date and time.
