Recently we had a bizzare interaction with a customer which did leave us scratching our heads. After paying the incorrect amount for product and paying by an alternative means he sends us an email within 24 business hours over Christmas break insinuating we were scamming him because he had not received his product and demanding a refund (which we happily provided as simply put people of this callibre we can do without). In the ensuring conversation with him it would appear he was previously ripped off to the tune of $15k!!! by another dealer. Whilst we do have sympathy for him we certainly do not appreciate being accused of the crap others have done to him - hence he can buy his bullion elsewhere!! Not withstanding he had some cojones to accuse us of scamming him considering the complete cluster-fu#k created in this instance was totally predicated on his inability to follow simple instructions, the interaction got me thinking that we should resurrect our previous posts regarding all the nonsense that goes on in the New Zealand bullion market etc. So come and visit from time to time and gain some awareness of things bullion here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
