So here it is; no one has ever come up empty handed when dealing with us in the 15+ years we have been in business. We do not cut corners with insurance so you won't find you have to take us to court to try and get your money back like up north! What you see is what you pay. No BS adding extras between the time you pay and your payment clearing like down south - what is that BS all about! Jacking the price on product already held is what!!. No waiting frickin' weeks for product; what is that BS all about! No swaping out what you have ordered with other product; you know what you want and it is our obligation to provide - no nasty surprises when you open your package here at BullionNZ. Check out many of the wannabe bullion purveyors who have cropped up over the past 15+ years and you will see significant evidence of them copying our approach.....as you know copying is the greatest form of flattery. Some have even actively stolen our IP so we must be doing stuff right eh? So our advice is steer clear of Bulliondeals who operates up north and Mr Scott Evangelou (buybullion) who operates down south; both of whom have conducted illegal and, quite frankly, commercially reprehensible behaviour towards BullionNZ. Both of these are corporate IP thieves who in our mind can certainly not be trusted to behave inside the law but more importantly do not give a crap about making things right when they are found out. One word; integrity......or lack thereof.
Fully Insured Service.
In 15+ years only three packages have gone astray and in all instances customers received replacement bullion in short order. The key here is 'in short order'; not waiting months/years for resolution. Equally those involved could have had a full refund but chose replacement product. Very few dealers possess insurance and even if they do you need to ensure that the supplier is on your side when stuff goes astray and that claims are settled in short order so you are not left hanging and having to fight (the supplier) for a year. If not you may find yourself in a situation such as this; When a deal goes pear shaped!!

We do not provide 'shares', future, paper issues, mining stock, or financial instruments. We do not store your bullion; if you cannot see and touch it; you do not own it. We only deal in COOL HARD PHYSICAL bullion. We work hard for your custom and seek to add value to your bullion buying experience. You need to separate your head from your heart. Bullion is speculative and not an investment. Bullion does not provide you ongoing passive (or active) regular income when it is stored in your vault. You make profit (or loss) at time of sale.

We provide short time line delivery. Majority of product is on its way well within 72 hrs of payment clearing our account. Of critical importance to you, and a point of difference from many New Zealand suppliers, is the fact our product is dispatched to you FROM NEW ZEALAND. That is because all our product is already located and secured here in Aotearoa.
