Seems to be an ever growing battalion of cockwombles out there who work hard to piss around hard working NZers. The first of recent was so bright they made payment without using a reference and then expected us to be psychic and find said payment. This is despite being told which reference to flippin' use.

In and of itself not an issue at this point however said cockwomble thought it was OK to be a smart arse to staff who were working hard to unfuck a situation he created. Again this in and of itself not a problem however when he does not have the integrity to apologise for his misecreat behaviour; blacklisted. All he had to do was apologise. Given the age of this individual you would think he would have better developed EI.

The second is a previous customer of good repute; up til now. However this rocket scientist decided it was OK to try and cast aspersions through Q and A on TradeMe; blacklisted.

All the needy woke bullion sellers can have this callibre of customer, we do not need, or want, the drama.

Let's be real team, we are not backward in providing a pretty blunt, direct outward persona so you should know how we roll and the fact we do not put up with crap from cockwombles or any other such sad sacks. Try and take the piss you get what you deserve. 

We will afford you all the respect in the world until you prove you are not worthy of it. OK so our blunt arrogant approach flies in the face of 'the customer is always righ' etc. etc. Well that is old world thinking Customers have a vast choice of where they purchase and sellers need to provide good service. We provide exceptional service but equally we will not put up with shit from those who want to act like cockwombles........ 

For us to be all unicorns and rainbows and fawn over you would be disingenuous and fake......we do not hide our approach and it is in your face from the moment you hit our site; don't like it, well jog on. Treat us well and we will return the favour.
