I reserve the sole right to refuse to do business with anyone I deem it inappropriate to do so. If you fall into this category you will most likely be aware through previous dialogue from me or

• my blacklisting of you on TradeMe, Ebay or other such sites. This will generally be because you have tendered unsolicited abuse at BullionNZ, asked/left unsolicited DA or SA questions/comments on listings, site or via email for the purpose of being provocative or other agenda,
• not completed trades,
• been abusive during transactions,
• conducted transactions which BullionNZ deem not to be honest (i.e trying to take advantage of honest errors),
• or just generally being a muppet!

BullionNZ is here for a good time not a long time and I refuse to let the miscreant behaviour of others' steal the jam from my doughnut!! 

Yeah yeah blah blah the customer is always right.....sorry this is an outdated premise. No one party is any more right than the other. But this is my site so my rules; which are simple. Do right by me and I will do right by you!!

BullionNZ is direct and forthright and makes no apology for this. However BullionNZ will afford you the utmost respect until you prove you do not deserve this and then the hammer will drop, because again; I am here for a good time not a long time. If this upsets you, not a problem. You live in one of the most open western democracies around so exercise you right of free choice!!

In your heart of hearts you will know you fall into our business blacklist so do not attempt to buy from our site.

Attempts by those, who we elect not to do business with, who try to purchase will result in orders being cancelled by us and our retention of the non-refundable fees associated with returning funds for orders made. Entering our site constitutes absolute agreement with this policy in full without recourse.

If you are offended by BullionNZ's approach or cannot play by the rules of a respectful and trouble free transaction then you are in the minority.....the minority we do not wish to deal with.
