BullionNZ automated shopping through our website accepts payment in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) via credit card through PAYPAL or STRIPE. There is also the option for offline bank deposit offered at checkout. No bullion is dispatched until full payment and a New Zealand based postal address are received. Payments using offline deposit via bank account are to be initiated with 24 hours of placing order unless arrangements have been made to the contrary prior to placing order.
Shipping costs are per order. Customer pays shipping (cost to move product) and insurance (removal of risk). We pay for packaging i.e capsule (if stated), wrapping and envelope. Therefore multiple orders may/may not arrive in the same package. Do not get shipping and insurance that the customer pays per order confused with the packaging which we pay for. We understand shipping costs can be an emotional topic for some buyers but look around; we offer some, if not, the cheapest conveyed bullion to you door in New Zealand.
Due to market conditions orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. In extreme circumstances (which are determined solely by BullionNZ and at BullioNZ's discretion) we may be prepared to reverse an order. In all such instances this will incur a non-negotiable $15 or 15% restocking fee; whichever is greater. By placing an order with BullionNZ you automatically authorise BullionNZ to deduct this from any monies owed to you for a cancelled order.
Items annotated 'pre-sale' with an estimated shipping dates are just that; items pre sold prior to receipt by us. We provide this information and are transparent about this. By purchasing you acknowledge the estimated shipping date can be earlier or later. Orders cancelled at buyers request due to changes in estimated shipping dates will incur costs as detailed in the preceeding paragraph. Shipping date estimates are provided in good faith based on what we know at the time. Any changes to these are caused by forces outside of BullionNZ's control.
BullionNZ does not accept payment by mixed methods. Complete orders MUST be paid for by EITHER Paypal, credit card or bank deposit regardless of the number of items purchased.
Bullion is only dispatched by fully insured signature required courier. Courier is used for assurance of delivery not expedience. The address you provide during the checkout process is the address we ship to. This takes primacy over any address you enter in any payment platform you use to pay i.e PayPal. Therefore if you have provide different addresses on each of these systems the one you provide on our site is the one shipped to.
All narratives and images on our site are the sole intellectual property of BullionNZ and protected by New Zealand and international copyright. Purchase of product from BullionNZ does not confer any right to use any of the intellectual property on this site.

- Unless item are stated 'Proof Numismatic Collectibles' products are mass produced bullion and may, on occasion, contain minor blemishes and residue. Bullion items are sold primarily for their weight and purity not aesthetics. These condition variances can be caused by minting/packaging/shipping processes.
- Products ship 24/72 hours after payment clears due to remote security vaulting; unless they are pre-sale items.
- BullionNZ does not add fees or adjust prices between the time you place an order and when it is processed/shipped.
- If the address you provide has arrangements for couriers to drop packages unsigned (i.e an Authority to Leave in place or verbal/written instructions to do the same), regardless whether you are aware of this or not, or you provide instructions to us to advise courier to leave packages, insurance coverage ceases from that point. BullionNZ and the carrier will not be liable for any claim, financial or otherwise, for loss/non-delivery. Items are considered successfully delivered when they are delivered to the address provided; regardless of whom signs for the package.
- Capsules are considered packaging. Breakages during transit are an issue between the addressee and the courier company.
- In the event a package is delayed/goes missing a condition of purchase from this site is that you will allow BullionNZ to work with the courier to exhaust all avenues for recovery prior to BullionNZ initiating an insurance claim. The outcome of an insurance claim is at the discretion of BullionNZ i.e BullionNZ reserves sole right to either refund your money in full or provide replacement of identical product.
- Orders purchased via the BullionNZ website constitute a binding contract and treated as such in all respects.
- Email inquiries which result in BullionNZ providing an offer of product at a reduced rate or other such arrangement are time bound. These offers are considered cancelled if/when the potential purchaser does not confirm acceptance by the advised deadline or initiate payment within 24 hours of accepting siad offer.
- BullionNZ accepts no responsibility for deals failing or any other loss through delay, loss, misdirection or omission of email correspondence.
- Items are inspected prior to dispatch. Physical damage to items i.e dents, nicks are an issue for the purchaser to address. That said items are not damaged when they leave our premises nor is it likley they are damaged in transit due to our packaging exceeding carrier standards. We are aware of some instances of items being damaged by the purchaser upon opening. If this is the case BullionNZ and the carrier have no responsibility to resolve the issue.
